My name is Joy. I am glad to be here.

I am only ST3, so starting from scratch to learn laparoscopy. I

just registered online for the ALTO program and got the ALTO Box, and I have opened it; there is no guidance on tasks or how to couple anything.

Please, do we have a video on how to couple, the training program, or any other information?
